How do I update/change/cancel my reservation?

Our team is happy to help you out with your current reservation, whether you need to modify or cancel. Please note that third-party reservations made on alternative sites must be modified/canceled with them directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do accept cash payments, but a credit card must be provided for incidental charges at check-in.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. To ensure we hold your room beyond this window, please inform the front desk of your estimated arrival time. If we do not hear from you by 2:00 AM, your reservation may be canceled, and a no-show fee may apply.

Checkout is 11 AM.

Can I request an early check-in?

Of course! If we have the availability to check you in early, we’re happy to accommodate your request.

Can I arrange a late check out?

If you’re looking to stay a little longer, ask our team and we’ll see what we can do. Late checkouts are based on availability.

Is there an Amenity Fee?

Hotel Burg collects an amenity fee of $25 per night + tax. As part of the amenity fee, you’ll receive in-room distilled water, in-room Nespresso coffee service, self-pour coffee in The Diana Lounge from 7-8 am, premium Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness center access complete with infrared sauna, and Hotel Burg Land Rover car service within a 10-mile radius (based on availability).

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, Hotel Burg offers valet parking only onsite. The parking fee is $15 per day (up to 8 hours) or $30 per night, with complimentary in and out privileges.

Do you have EV car chargers or Tesla chargers?

No, we do not have any EV or Tesla charging stations at Hotel Burg.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No, we do not have a swimming pool at Hotel Burg.

Do you offer complimentary coffee?

Yes, coffee is available in The Diana Lounge from 7 – 8 am for hotel guests. In addition, our guest rooms are outfitted with coffee machines if you prefer to make coffee in your room.

Are The Diana Lounge and The Huntōn open to the public?

Yes. Huntōn and The Diana Lounge welcome locals, visitors, and hotel guests. Reservations are recommended for Huntōn, and walk-ins are welcome in The Diana Lounge.

Does The Diana Lounge or The Huntōn take dining reservations?

Reservations are recommended at The Huntōn. The Diana Lounge is first come first serve.

Do you offer room service?

Hotel Burg does not offer room service at this time.

Is the rooftop open to the public?
The rooftop is available for hotel guests and Chase Club members only Thursdays-Sundays. Please note that children of hotel guests are permitted on the rooftop only until 9 pm.The rooftop is available to the public on Wednesdays and the first Friday of the month.
Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, Hotel Burg has a fitness center that is available 24/7 to hotel guests and Chase Club members. The fitness center offers cardio equipment including a Peloton bike, free weights, and a sauna.

Is Hotel Burg child-friendly?

Yes, Hotel Burg welcomes families with children. Pack n’ plays and cribs are available upon request. Please note that we do not offer rollaway beds or connecting rooms.

Is Hotel Burg pet-friendly?

Yes, Hotel Burg welcomes dogs for no added pet fee.
